What kind of work can AK Bali Constructions handle?
We handle design & build, construction and civil works, interior design, exterior works, custom furniture, and legal and permit matters.
All of it is delivered by one team in a coordinated workflow, so you do not need to find separate vendors for each part.
Which areas do you serve?
Our team is based in Kerobokan and handles projects across Bali, including Batu Belig, Seminyak, Umalas, Canggu, Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran and Denpasar.
For locations outside that list, please get in touch with us first.
Can you handle both the design and the construction?
Yes. That is what we mean by design & build: the design concept, working drawings and construction are handled by the same team.
This approach keeps the design agreed at the outset intact through to the finishing stage, with no shifting of responsibility between designer and builder.
What does the process look like from start to finish?
There are four stages.
First, consultation: we listen to your needs, style, budget and timeline. Second, design and planning: our architects prepare the concept, material choices and work plan. Third, legal and permits where required. Fourth, construction and finishing, carried out by our construction team with regular updates.
Do you take care of building permits as well?
Yes, we provide legal and permit services. Our notary partners assist with obtaining permits as well as drafting and negotiating contracts.
This service is optional, so if you have already handled the permits yourself, we can move straight to the construction stage.
Do you take on renovations, not just new builds?
We do. We handle renovations of homes and commercial buildings, from refreshing part of a space to a complete overhaul.
For renovations, we normally survey the condition of the building before drawing up a work plan.
